This founded the favorite hobby of the inhabitants of the cold island asteroid, chicken racing-a hobby which led to the contest of the Century between Baron Van Beaklestone and Charles Cartstinkler I; two other dire enemies, engaged in battle on the two and a half kilometer race of their lives, Beaklestone with three large chickens tugging him behind a chariot and Cartstinkler in a shopping cart with two very athletic birds.
