From 1940 Carmen was secretary to a famous film star, Ren e Saint-Cyr, and was active in the French Resistance. In 1946, she settled in Rochester NY before moving to New York to work for the United Nations. From 1956, her life is shrouded in mystery because of gaps in the evidence. She died in France in 1982\\. He spent ten years working under Dow Finsterwald Jr. and then got the opportunity to be the Head Golf Professional at Whispering Pines Golf Club, in Trinity, Texas. Whispering Pines is a Top 100 club ranked in the United States by Golf Digest and Golf Magazine. He was awarded the Harvey Penick Teacher of the Year award in 2007 and 2012 along with being named one of the Top 50 Kids instructors in North America. He is actively involved in the First Tee program and teaches the game of golf to more than 1,000 fifth- graders each year.
