Eine Technik, welche schon in der zweiten oder gar dritten Substitutionsphase steht, spart 20 bis 30 respek- tive 40 bis 60 Jahre Zeit. - Eine Substitution auf dem Sektor Energie erfolgt nicht sequentiell, sondern verlangt uber weite Strecken eine parallele Entwicklung der sich gegenseitig konkurrierenden oder erganzenden Technologien. Diese sind den sektoriellen Bedurfnissen wie z.B.
