Der Arbeit jenes Winters und den Anregungen HUGO KRONECKERS und LEON ASHERS, der damals dessen Assistent war und heute sein Nachfolger ist, ver- danke ich vor allem mein Interesse an der experimentellen Pathologie des Nervensystems und es formte sich in mir der Entschlu , mich der Chirurgie dieses Spezialgebietes zuzuwenden, falls sich eine Gelegenheit dazu bieten w rde.
