Aus dem reichhaltigen Material, das mir zuganglich war, habe ich in der nach- stehendenArbeit eine systematische Darstelhing des gesamten Reform- gebietes und aller Einzelfragen gegeben, die im allgemeinen Gegen- stand der Beratungen waren. Ich habe infolgedessen bei der Behand- lung der einzelnen Reformvorschlage auf den jedesmaligen Quellen- hinweis verzichten konnen. Soweit ich jedoch in meiner Arbeit die Frage der maschinellen Hilfsmittel und deren Anwendung im Reichs- kassendienst behandelt habe, konnte ich mich auf meine eigenen, auf diesem Gebiet bereits friiher angestellten Untersuchungen stiitzen. Betrachtlich gefordert wurde meine Arbeit durch die wertvollen Anregungen und Hinweise, die' ich im Sparkommissariat, insbesondere von den Herren Ministerialdirektor Dr. Vogt, Reichsbahndirektions- prasident Halke, Ministerialrat Dr. -Ing. Schafer und Oberpostrat Blievernicht erhalten habe. Ich mochte nicht verfehlen, diesen Herren an dieser Stelle meinen ehrerbietigsten Dank auszusprechen.
