Allerdings mussen die zahlreichen Ausnahmen zur MFN-Verpflichtung noch drastisch abgebaut bzw. vollig gestrichen werden. Weiterhin ist es entscheidend, die Reichweite des GATS auf die Begleitrechte und Vorbereitungsmanahmen auszudehnen. Vor allem mu aber der Streitbeilegungsmechanismus des GATS verbessert werden.
