Die Darstellung der Coxa vara-Operationen hat eine Erweite rung erfahren. Die Operationen der Knochenspanung bzw. -nagelung der abrutschenden Kopf kappe und die Korrekturosteotomie nach IMHAUSER bei einer abgerutschten Kopfkappe mit schwerer oberer Huftkopfdeformierung sind neu aufgenommen. Die Operationen fur die Arthrosis deformans der Hufte, die zunehmend an Bedeutung gewonnen haben, sind wesentlich umfang reicher als bisher besprochen worden. Es sind abgehandelt die Operationen fur die Praarthrose wie fur die ausgebildete Arthrose.
