Normann Witzleb kommt zu dem Schluß, daß Ansprüche auf Herausgabe des durch den Eingriff erzielten Erlöses für die Zwecke der Prävention und der Gewinnabschöpfung vielfach besser geeignet sind als die bisher von beiden Rechtsordnungen favorisierte Lösung über die Geldentschädigung.
