Already a noted Anabaptist leader, Riedemann called fellow persecuted Christians to witness to a love that, “when it really burns, having kindled our eagerness for God, the more temptations and tribulations meet it, the more it flares, until it overcomes and consumes all injustice and wickedness.”\n\nA classic testament to religious liberty with a timely message for modern believers, Love Is Like Fire serves as a striking reminder of the spirit that fired the hearts of early “heretics” during the Reformation. A first translation into English, this book is an important addition to the small but growing number of primary sources on early Anabaptism.","brand":"WoB","offers":[{"title":"GB \/ VERY_GOOD \/ INTERNAL","offer_id":50530450506001,"sku":"GOR009886643","price":0.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true},{"title":"US \/ NEW \/ INGRAM","offer_id":50984738062609,"sku":"NIN9780874867350","price":0.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true},{"title":"GB \/ NEW \/ INGRAM","offer_id":52588574572817,"sku":"NLS9780874867350","price":0.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0784\/4072\/6801\/files\/0874867355.jpg?v=1790170986"},{"product_id":"peter-riedemann-s-hutterite-confession-of-faith-book-peter-riedemann-9780874862720","title":"Peter Riedemann's Hutterite Confession of Faith","description":"The biblical foundations of a Christian communal movement that has stood the test of five centuries.\n\nWhile in prison from 1540 to 1542, Riedemann wrote to the Lutheran ruler, Philip of Hesse, explaining the Hutterite goal of a renewed community and dispelling popular misconceptions.
