Definitionen der freiwilligen betrieblichen Sozialleistungen, eine aktuelle demographische Bevolkerungsanalyse sowie die Beschreibung und Wirkung der wesentlichen Sozialleistungen runden das Kapitel ab. Kapitel 2 geht differenziert auf das Motivationsinstrument Compensation \u0026amp; Benefits ein. Es unterscheidet monetare und nicht-monetare Anreize, erlautert sonstige betriebliche Sozialleistungen und geht auch auf das Sozialleistungsmarketing ein. Die Arbeit setzt sich u. a. mit Verkaufspramien, Erfolgsbeteiligungen und Long-Term Incentives auseinander und zeigt detailliert die verschiedenen Durchfuhrungswege der betrieblichen Altersversorgung auf. Daruber hinaus werden Stock Option Programme, Deferred Compensation und das Cafeteria Modell, Incentives, Firmenwagen und Zeitsouveranitat behandelt.
