Le chargeur qui  tait dans la boite ne fonctionnait pas. Je suis retourn  dans la boutique o  j'avais achet  l'ordinateur pour expliquer mon probl me et changer le chargeur d'autant qu'il y avait un ordinateur  quivalent en d monstration avec un chargeur qui marche. La r ponse du vendeur de la boutique a  t  cinglante: maintenant que vous l'avez achet , ce n'est plus notre probl me, vous n'avez qu'  vous adresser au constructeur . Autant vous dire que cette aventure est devenu mon exemple f tiche de ce qu' tait un mauvais service client, et dans toutes mes formations, je cite nomm ment cette boutique. Ma m saventure aurait pu s'arr ter l , mais le service client du constructeur  tait quasi injoignable au t l phone, il m'a fallu deux jours pour joindre quelqu'un, et une fois quelqu'un au t l phone, j'ai appris que le d lai pour m'envoyer un nouveau chargeur  tait de trois semaines. J'ai donc  t  oblig  d'acheter un chargeur   mes frais. A l'inverse, si le fabricant de l'ordinateur avait r solu rapidement mon probl me, il est probable que cela aurait am lior  ma perception de la valeur de sa marque. Cette marque serait devenue un choix prioritaire dans le futur car si  a se passe mal, ils r solvent le probl me . Retenez cette chose importante: quand vous r solvez les probl mes des clients avec efficacit , vous les transformez en clients fid les car ils estiment ne plus prendre de risque   acheter vos produits ou vos services. Par contre, 95% des consommateurs partageront une mauvaise exp rience client avec plus de cinq personnes.
