Die Vorstellung von Gesundheit als Besitz m  te sich zum Ver- st ndnis von Gesundheit und Gesundbleiben als lebenslanger Proze  wandeln: ein Bem hen also, krankmachende Umst nde und Herausfor- derungen zu erkennen und auf sie fr hzeitig und sinnvoll zu reagieren.
