Da sich auch die Hoffnungen auf ein Tatigwerden des Gesetzgebers nicht erfullt haben, bedarf die Zwei-Personen-Problematik im Rahmen der bestehenden Gesetzeslage einer Losung. Ziel der Arbeit ist es deshalb, einen Vorschlag fur eine sachgerechte Restriktion der Geiselnahmedelikte zu erarbeiten.
