Lebensjahres spatestens ab 31.12.2009 vermindert und damit die Einstellung eines sonst arbeitslosen Arbeitnehmers ermoglicht wird (vgl. 1 AtG). Die bisherige sozialrechtliche Problematik, wonach die Versicherungs- und Beitragspflicht in den Sozialversicherungen von der Arbeitsleistung gegen Entgelt abhangig war, ist durch die Neuregelung des 7 SGB IV behoben.
