Schulze-Delitzsch and Raiffeisen each formed their own cooperative concept shortly afterwards, based on the ideas in discussion and practice at that time. Germany has now requested that the cooperative idea be declared intangible cultural heritage of humanity by UNESCO in Paris. Die landwirtschaftlichen Genossenschaften wurden putschartig dem gerade installierten Reichsbauernf hrer unterworfen, die Konsumgenossenschaften kamen zum Reichsf hrer der Deutschen Arbeitsfront und wurden 1941 aufgel st, die Wohnungsgenossenschaften fielen den Beh rden anheim und die gewerblichen Genossenschaften und ihr Verband gingen den Weg der Selbstgleichschaltung. Ein Gesetz vom 30. Oktober 1934 zwang dann alle Genossenschaften einem von der nationalsozialistischen Regierung zugelassenen Pr fungsverband beizutreten; das nannte sich Anschlusszwang. Der Autor stellt diese Entwicklung anhand von amtlichen Quellen und zeitgen ssischer Literatur im Einzelnen dar und kommt zum Ergebnis, dass dieser Anschlusszwang konstitutiver Teil der Eingliederung von Genossenschaften und ihren Verb nden in das nationalsozialistische Herrschaftssystem war.
