50 Tunisian Stitches by Darla Fanton
If you are wanting a library of unique Tunisian Stitches, then this is the book for you. We've included 50 stitches, including the basic Simple, Knit, Purl, Reverse, Extended Simple Stitch, Double, Full and Twisted stitches that are used to create the other stitches. A Getting Started introduction with helpful illustrations and photos is included. As an added bonus, we've included 4 beautiful designs - a keyhole scarf, a roll brim hat, a mobius shawl and a beautiful readers wrap. Each design is made using medium-weight yarn and fit most adults.
Darla J. Fanton has been a needlework designer for over twenty-five years. Perhaps best known originally for her pioneering work with the double-ended crochet hook, Darla enjoys all forms of crochet. She is constantly experimenting to discover what new spin she can put on traditional crochet stitches. Her credits include designs for yarn manufacturers, numerous magazine articles, leaflets, and contributions to multi-author books. Darla also derives great joy in sharing her love of crochet with students in her popular classes at crochet conferences around the country as well as at her local yarn store, The Knitting Bee, in Portland, OR.
