Pincin, the prince of the watery kingdom of Nereidia Pacific, spends much of his playtime on a quest to gather a growing number of waste items floating in the blue Pacific Ocean. He finds unlikely allies in a kindly fisherman and his two young granddaughters, Gracie and Sophia, a family he encounters afloat near Santa Catalina.
