Allow Joy into Our Hearts by Rebecca Li

Rebecca Li is a Chan Buddhist teacher in Chan Master Sheng Yen's lineage. She is the founder and guiding teacher of Chan Dharma Community, a Chan Buddhist practice and study group comprised of people who are dedicated to fostering wisdom and compassion for the benefit of all beings. She has been invited to lead retreats and teach at Buddhist centers in North America, Europe, and Asia, and has over two decades of Dharma and meditation teaching expertise. Rebecca was a founder member of The GenX Buddhist Teachers Sangha, where she continues to serve on the board. Rebecca has been featured in and published in Buddhist periodicals such as Tricycle, Lion's Roar, and Buddhadharma.
