O'Flaherty, Patricia: - I'm a busy mum of four and always developing fun recipes, baking cakes and teaching my craft is what I love to do. When lockdown hit on the 13th of March, I knew I had to do something to keep my kids entertained and save my sanity... I'll just bake!
