Chakra Healing by Simon Lilly
Wherever dynamic energies meet together in nature they form spinning circular patterns, or vortices. Within our own bodies there are similar vortices of dynamic energies that the Vedic seers of ancient India named "chakras" or wheels. These chakras are formed where two or more channels of subtle energy meet in the body. There are seven chakras, and the harmony of each is vital for our health, wellbeing and happiness. Because they cannot be seen by normal means we need to be able to learn to sense their status, we also have to learn how to understand their subtle energies, and their importance in maintaining the body's natural balance and flow of energies. Simon Lilly has been working in healing and self development since 1985. He has trained in crystal therapy with The Institute of Crystal and Gem Therapists and as a colour therapist and kinesiologist. Sue Lilly is a pracitising therapist, specialising in kinesiology and colour healing. Susan is the author of a system called Crystal Doorways that combines colour, shape and crystals for self development and healing. Both Simon and Susan travel around the country giving courses and lectures in colour and crystal healing, and have written several articles and books on their specialist subjects.
