Megan Winter-Barker and Simon Fielding are keen travellers and big foodies. They both grew up in the beautiful Lake District, where Simon’s family business The Apple Pie Café and Bakery is located. The Clever Camper Cookbook came from a road-trip around Europe that they took in their campervan ‘Pip’. They now both live in London.
