Sophie Timms (@mindfulmantra_embroidery) lives in Gloucestershire, United Kingdom, and is the owner and creator behind Mindful Mantra Embroidery. She graduated with a law degree but quickly hated her job and began dabbling in embroidery as a creative outlet during the pandemic lockdown. Her shop name comes from a blog she created at a time when she struggled with mindfulness and positivity. She works a regular day job and didn’t realize she was artistic until the age of 28.
