Author Dr. Emily Hunt is a professor of mechanical engineering at West Texas A&M University. She is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, the Society of Women Engineers, the Materials Research Society, and the American Society of Engineering Education. Dr. Hunt currently holds two patents for work in developing novel nanostructured materials.
