Dublin Dining by Paul Rankin

Dublin is undisputedly one of the trendiest cities in Europe, renowned for its vibrant social scene, fun-loving population, and outstanding cuisine. For the first time, Dublin Dining gathers together a truly mouth-watering collection of recipes from Dublin's cooking elite. The featured establishments provide an unforgettable insight into the diverse array of food and cooking styles on offer. Some are established household names, whilst others reflect the new generation of young chefs that are taking Dublin by storm. Each chef shares the secrets of their three favourite dishes to bring you a delicious menu complete with wine suggestions. So whether simple and delicious, or complex and gorgeous, the recipes will inspire your culinary creativity, whilst the sumptuous photography is out of this world.
