Model by model, with hundreds of specially commissioned colour photographs of outstanding examples of the cars, he gives all the details of correct original factory specifications and equipment in all departments, right down to the tool kit.Nigel Thorley is well-known in the Jaguar community, having been a founder member of the Jaguar Enthusiasts' Club, the world's largest Jaguar club. He's had over 70 Jaguars and Daimlers since then, including 16 Mk2s and a number of S-types, so he's well-versed in these vehicles, and he still drives one on a daily basis. He has published over 20 books, mostly about Jaguars, and continues to edit the monthly 140-page Jaguar Enthusiast magazine for the Jaguar Enthusiasts' Club, of which he is a director. His other interests include Triumph vehicles, photography, Rotary, and, most lately, his grandkids. Nigel and his wife Pauline live in Yorkshire.
