MONTY DON is a prolific journalist and has been the gardening correspondent for the Observer since 1994. As well as Gardeners' World, he has presented several TV gardening programmes including Real Gardens, Lost Gardens and three years of RHS shows. SARAH DON trained as an architect and has made four gardens with her husband Monty Don. Her philosophy on cooking is to grow or buy the best ingredients available and to do as little to them as possible.
