His books have been translated into Chinese, Russian, Indonesian, Spanish, and Portuguese, and are being used by students and managers all over the world. He has written numerous articles on employee commitment, organizational behavior, leadership, and quality improvement, and for ten years wrote the syndicated "Job Talk" column for the Miami Herald.
