Geometry by Boyd

Have you ever found yourself in a dream from which you cannot seem to awaken?

Kara Alder is a young woman in her midtwenties in search of her purpose and destiny in life. She is unhappy in her work and studies and feels great confusion on what path to take in life. The man she thought she would marry has left her with a broken heart. To escape her dark mood, she goes for a bike ride to the woods nearby and picks up a beautiful fall leaf, unaware that this simple action will catapult her into another dimension altogether-a world full of beauty and light but also filled with evil and darkness that is wanting to take over.

She is sent a kindly and wise older gentleman to be her guide on the journey, but as they become separated, she finds herself totally alone and cries out to the Jesus she once knew for help. Kara finds out that she has a role to play in the unfolding of the story of this new place, which could also change her own life. But which life? she thinks. She seems to be in two places at once Will she be able to fulfill her assignment, or will the darkness overpower her here too? And where will her journey end?
