Prof. Dr.-Ing. Eberhard Abele promovierte am Fraunhofer-Institut f�r Produktionstechnik und Automatisierung (IPA), Stuttgart. W�hrend seiner 14-j�hrigen Industriet�tigkeit sammelte er internationale Erfahrung als Leiter Fertigungstechnologie und Werkleiter in der Automobilzulieferindustrie. Prof. Abele wurde 1999 an den Lehrstuhl Produktionsmanagement, Technologie und Werkzeugmaschinen an der TU Darmstadt (PTW) berufen. Philipp Kuske ist wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter im Bereich Produktion und Management am Institut f�r Produktionsmanagement, Technologie und Werkzeugmaschinen (PTW) der TU Darmstadt. Er forscht im Bereich des Know-how-Schutzes. Horst Lang ist seit �ber 30 Jahren bei der Festo AG & CO KG in der Messtechnik t�tig. Hr. Lang ist verantwortlich f�r das Pr�f- und Messmittelmanagement, sowie f�r die weltweite strategische Ausrichtung und Standardisierung der Mess- und Pr�ftechnik. Dar�ber hinaus ist er mitverantwortlich f�r den nationalen und internationalen Aufbau der operativen Qualit�tssicherung.
