Grandfather Mountain by Burleigh Muten

What does it mean to be a grandfather? More than simply being older and wiser, grandfathers are the tellers of stories, sharing the lessons they've learned from their grandfathers, who in turn received them from the elders who came before them. This unique anthology presents adventures of gods and heroes from cultures across the world exploring the quests that challenge all boys as they step into manhood.
Burleigh Muten, is a pre-school teacher and mother of two children who lives with her family in Massachusetts. She is the founder of Hands of the Goddess Press, USA, which she created in order to publish her Return of the Goddess engagement calendar. She has also written Grandmothers' Stories (1999), published by Barefoot Books. Sian Bailey was born and brought up in Wales before moving to Brighton, where she gained her Diploma in Art and Design. She currently lives and works in Birkenhead with her husband Peter, who is also an illustrator.
