LeRoy co-wrote 20 Years of Mountain Stage, a history of the National Public Radio show, with Michael Lipton, and his book The Best Music Never Sold will be published by Backbeat in September 2007. He's also a contributor to Crown/Random House's But Prince Don't Moonwalk, an anthology of music writing due out in 2008.
