This is a supplement for group work courses that enables instructors to teach skill-building through active participation in groups. It could also be used as part of any human services course to facilitate active learning. Students learning to conduct groups or group counseling or to facilitate social work practice with groups will appreciate these exercises and should keep this supplement as part of their social work library when they enter practice.
