John Arden Ph.D., is the director of training for mental health for the Kaiser Permanente Medical Centers, one of the largest mental heath care centres in the world. He is the also the author of The Heal-Your-Anxiety Workbook and coauthor of Conquering Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and Brain-Based Therapy.Daniel Dal Corso Psy.D., is subchief of Behavioral Medicine for Kaiser Permanente's Hayward-Fremont. Obsessive-compulsive disorder has been a particular interest of his since his dissertation on the brain circuitry involved in OCD onset, maintenance and treatment. He also co-founded and led the OCD treatment group while at Kaiser Permanente's Vallejo psychiatry department.
