Lenore Rowntree grew up in Toronto and now lives in Vancouver. Her writing has appeared in many journals and anthologies, including The Best Canadian Poetry Anthology. Her play, The Woods at Tender Creek, was produced in Vancouver at the Cultch, and she is a co-editor and contributor to the anthology of life stories, Hidden Lives: coming out on mental illness. Her novel Cluck was a finalist in the 2013 Great BC Novel Contest and will be published in 2016.
