A Kind of Vanishing by Lesley Thomson
Exchange of pulpit or bringing in guest ministers to share with the people is a New testament church practise. However, while this has brought growth and joy to many churches, it has equally brought crisis and heartbroken to many. What an irony. The truth is that guest ministers have the capacity to make or mar your work. The reality is that no minister or leader, no matter how anointed or close to God he is, can build and run a ministry or lead a church alone. He will always need the gift and ministry of others in his work. How to handle the issue of guest ministers in the church and ministry so as not to hinder the issue of guest ministers in the church and ministry so as not to hinder her growth but help it is the focus of this book by Dr. Francis Bola Akin-John, a seasoned and widely traveled speaker. He writes from his wealth of experience as a guest minister to different denominations and nations of the world. Guest Ministers Today is a must for both guest ministers and host ministers.
