Frenchy Degnan has always dreamt of being a real-life Indiana Jones. Obsessed with the Sword of Goliath, he publishes a history of the lost artifact with theories on its recovery but his research is discredited and dismissed. Years later, Frenchy is depressed, divorced, and nowhere closer to finding the famous Philistine's weapon of choice. But when the Israeli government takes a strong and sudden interest in the recovery of the sword, Frenchy is thrown into a dangerous world of religious intrigue, political deception, and ruthless murder.

Acutely aware of his limitations and insecurities, he finds himself torn between fulfilling his lifelong dream of recovering the ancient relic or succumbing to his own self-defeating fears. However, the decision isn't as simple as it seems.
