Bush and Barack Obama, the president of the United States of America. He was named Special Counsel in head of the investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election by acting Attorney General Rod J. Rosenstein. He is a decorated combat veteran of the Vietnam War and a lifetime civil servant. On the 17th of May, 2017, Rosenstein was elected to the position of Attorney General of the United States.
