Ceramic pieces sold by Napco*r (National Potteries Corporation) are distinctive and popular again today. Kathleen Deel, a native of Massachusetts, became attracted to the beautiful lady head vases several years ago. As the head vases rose in value, her attention turned to the more reasonably priced figural planters. She resides in Abingdon, Virginia with her husband Elmer, a retired school teacher, and three cats, Larry, Curly, and Moe.
