This LearnSomething CD-ROM or online based course is a complete tutorial covering all the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules pertaining to Infection Control and Safety in the Physician's Office. Infection Control and OSHA regulations are a key component in Medical Assisting curricula and students are able to print a certificate upon completion of the tutorial. The LearnSomething format is an excellent vehicle for reinforcement of learning this critical material. Just as HIPA laws are covered in many places in a Medical Assisting course and other allied health courses, OSHA material is also covered.
