Die Autorin: Sara Stein wurde 1969 in Bonn geboren. Sie studierte Rechtswissenschaften an der Universität Bonn. Während ihres Studiums war sie am dortigen Institut für Bürgerliches Recht, Arbeitsrecht und Zivilprozeßrecht tätig. Nach dem ersten juristischen Staatsexamen 1996 promovierte sie an der Universität Bonn und arbeitete daneben als freie Mitarbeiterin in einer wirtschaftsrechtlich orientierten Rechtsanwaltssozietät. Seit Januar 1999 ist sie Rechtsreferendarin am Landgericht Düsseldorf.
