Jim Downey is a copywriter, journalist and author. He has written and produced award-winning human interest pieces for NPR as well as skit-comedy pieces for Comedy Central television. He is the co-author with Tom Connor of the national best-selling parodies,Is Martha Stuart Living? and Martha Stuart's Better Than You at Entertaining, amongst others. He currently lives in Olympia, Washington, where a cup of coffee is seventy five cents and "They've got women lumberjacks!"
