A Reader on Criminal Justice by Nicola Lacey Fba
Criminal justice is often described as a system: as an integrated set of processes all forming part of one coherent social practice. For others, criminal justice is best seen as a diverse array of agencies and practices, all operating with their own discrete values and goals. This volume selects extracts from key texts reflecting the rich complexity of criminal justice.Nicola Lacey, Professor of Law, Gender, and Social Policy, London School of Economics Nicola Lacey is School Professor of Law, Gender and Social Policy at the London School of Economics.
