What a great idea, crochet hot matsAll twelve designs have a beautiful lacy look on a more solid background. Finished measurements are over 15 cm (6″). I think it would be easy to work less rows and make coasters too. These versatile mats could also be worked singly, i.e. either the base or the top. Clear instructions with general instructions introducing the stitches used, plus individual instructions for each hot mat, a stitch guide and a metric conversion chart. The mats are well photographed. Great project to take with you on a journey, or to work on when you have a few minutes to spare.
