Robert Powell is an architect and planner. He was Associate Professor of Architecture and Urban Design at the National University of Singapore until 2001, and is the author of 29 books including The Tropical Asian House. Albert Lim KS is a renowned Singapore architectural photographer whose images have been published extensively in architectural journals including A+U (Japan), Singapore Architect, World Architecture (UK) and Monument (Australia).
