Straight Lies by Rob Byrnes
A career criminal living in a run-down section of Queens, Grant Lambert is one of the New York City gay men whom fabulousness' left behind. But when he and his partner, Chase LaMarca, hear that there is video evidence that internationally famous actor and gay icon Romeo Romero is actually straight, they think they have found the big score that will make the petty theft and grafting worthwhile. Unfortunately, getting hold of the tape proves difficult, so Grant assembles a gang from the dark side of the LGBT coalition to do whatever it takes to score 'the big one'.'
Rob Byrnes is the author of four novels, including the 2006 Lambda Literary Award-winning When the Stars Come Out and 2009 Lammy finalist Straight Lies.
