Patricia Hegarty began working in children's publishing more years ago than she cares to remember! As an editor she has worked on titles ranging from atlases to animal pop-ups, craft kits to crazy mazes, and sticker books to secret diaries.
Carlo Beranek has always wanted to be a children's illustrator but began his career as a graphic designer many moons ago. Carlo lives in Rotterdam - a hip place in The Netherlands. From a young age Carlo has always loved to draw; to now have his hobby become a career, he feels extremely blessed. Carlo wants the books he creates to be very personal and fun. He particularly loves how children can go over them repeatedly and still find them enjoyable.
