Everyone knows how a day goes. The sun rises and shines above us with his glorious smile. At the end of the day, he disappears over the horizon. Momoko Abe was born in Japan and has been drawing ever since she can remember. Aged 20, pursuing her passion for visual storytelling, she came to the UK to study filmmaking, and still works in the TV and film industry alongside her illustration work. Momoko is an AOI World Illustration Award Shortlist artist, and creator of several picture books including Avocado Asks. She lives in London.
