Elodie Coudray has freelanced in the textile industry since she left the school of Arts Decoratifs in Paris. Equally passionate about books, she made her first mark in the world of children's literature in 2007 and now splits her time between these two worlds.

GAIL HERMAN has written numerous early readers over the course of her career. She is also the author of many titles in the Who Was . . . ? series. She lives in Newton, Massachusetts.

MICHAEL FLEMING has been drawing fantastic scenes on various surfaces since the age of three. His colorful work blends a love of nature with a dash of the mischievous. He is the illustrator of Twinky the Dinky Dog and Ten Eggs in a Nest, among others. He lives on the mysterious island of Alameda, California, with his wife, two cats, and two dogs.
