Hillary Louise Johnson is an author and journalist who has written for Inc Magazine and the Los Angeles Times on innovation, technology, and pop culture, as well as serving as editor-in-chief of various print and online businesses. She has drafted various technical patents as an intellectual property consultant.

She is the author of Physical Culture, a novel. Sims and Johnson are the authors of Scrum: A Breathtakingly Short and Agile Introduction, an international bestseller.
