Louise Solomon was the first person to integrate the two disciplines of Yoga and Pilates. She was motivated to look for an alternative exercise regime when injured in a beginners yoga class. Louise founded the YogaPilates Training Centre in Australia where she trains the Yogalates method. Louise also lectures on Pilates and Core Stability at the Southern Cross University of Australia.
